***HOLIDAY/COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS*** 

Please be aware that your order may experience transit delays due to COVID-19 and/or holiday delays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once processed, shipping takes 2-7 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class / Priority Mail. Orders ship Monday - Friday, we do not ship on weekends/holidays. 

Products are made in small batches and some are custom. Please read the product description to see if longer processing times apply. Shipments are made to the address you provide at checkout. Please triple check the address! No address changes allowed.

 

All orders are insured with the shipping carrier. Ascension Boutique LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Since your package is insured you can be reimbursed.

Due to the nature of our products, Ascension Boutique LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. All products and services are FINAL SALE. No refunds will be issued. In the event that you receive the wrong item or a broken item, please contact us within 3 days to submit a claim at ascensionboutique333@gmail.com. We will promptly review your claim and followup with the next steps. If the error is on our behalf we will promptly correct the mistake. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond to all claims.
